Our sole focus is serving families with special needs children. California Special Education Advocacy Group is a service we provide on behalf of a child needing services associated with learning and social/emotional development. We assist families by providing information about your rights under special education law, related services, transition, and civil rights.
Parents who contact California Special Education Advocacy Group are interested in better understanding the special education process in which they have become frustrated. Or they desire to obtain guidance before the IEP (Individual Education Plan) process begins.
As Leading California Special Education Advocates and Consultants, we assist families with determining your child’s eligibility for special education services, IDEA, ADA, 504, and advocating for the child and parents at their IEP meetings.
Our experienced California Special Education Advocates and Consultants represent children who are struggling in school, ranging from children with mild disabilities to children with the need for residential treatment facilities. To gain a better understanding of your child’s needs, California Special Education Advocacy Group provides a free ½ hour consultation to review your child’s assessments and latest IEP.
We look forward to helping your child obtain the meaningful and beneficial educational experience that he/she deserves under federal and state special education law in the least restrictive environment.
